ISO: Chewy pizza dough

I have been making pizza dough with my bread machine. It is OK but I'd like the dough to have a chewy texture when cooked. I'm not sure what gives it that texture. All the dough recipes I see seem similar so maybe it is in the technique. Can anyone help me with this? I'd sure appreciate it and so will my taste buds!
