Haven't had stuffed peppers for ages!!!

Hi Deb:

You sure brought back some memories with this recipe....my mother used to put stuffed peppers into her cabbage rolls and they were awsome. Have not made that in years. Actually, the last time I made it only my DH and I had some....kids did not like them but did eat the cabbage rolls.
I should make that for this week end cause my sister is moving from Calgary to Port Alberni and will stop at our place for the week end so I will make her some nastalgic foods.
