Recipe: Chives Galore Yogurt Topping (with garlic and lemon, for baked potatoes)

Toppings - Assorted
CHIVES GALORE YOGURT TOPPING

1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 tbsp. finely chopped chives or green onion
1 medium clove garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients; chill.

Serve over baked potatoes.

VARIATION:

DILLY GOOD YOGURT TOPPING:
Omit chives and garlic. Add 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed. About 9 calories per tbsp.

Makes about 1 cup topping, About 10 calories per tbsp.
