Hello Gladys!

I do hope you try this recipe out, the gravy is especially good with rice.

My Mom was in the mood for bread pudding and I told her I would make her one but to not expect it to be like a Cuban one, very dense...

So, I made it for her and she was actually going "mmmmm" after every bite. She then told me how proud she was of my cooking skills, me, who gave her so much trouble eating as a child and drove her mad with my picky nature!!

I will try to post once a week something that we have enjoyed!
