Help, cooking for two - picky husband

Misc.
Hi Everyone!

I am looking for recipes that my husband will enjoy. Since it is just the two of us, I find it difficult to make "just enough" and usually end up throwing things out.
Problem is, my hubby is a very picky eater. He does not like mayonnaise, sour cream or beans (so much for chili).
If anyone has any recipes that would help me solve these two dillemas, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks
June
