Hi Lisa,

Thanks for the story. It is nice to know I am not alone!!!! :o)
I can sneak some veggies in (carrots, peas, corn, beans) but nothing to "yucky" (lima beans, brussel sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower). The recipes that you mentioned sound delicious and I would love it if you could post them.
