Hi Jen,

Thanks for all the suggestions. I do make things ahead and then freeze them, but I find that they get freezer burnt before I use them. I have looked at the board and found a few recipes, but my hubby is very picky. He does not like veggies (although I can sneak them in sometimes) and does not like sour cream or mayo. If you have any "easy" recipes you could share, I would love it.
