Here's A Great Tip & No Work For You June!!

Hello June!

The fried sweet plantains that we enjoyed for dinner came from a box. That's right...now Goya makes them already for you, all you do is put the box minus the plastic wrap in the 350 oven for 7-10 minutes and they came out just like Mom makes them!

They are in the frozen food section where the spanish items are. My sister in Jersey discovered them in the store and passed the tip on to us. Best of all, there is no peeling, slicing or frying!! We love them and give them an A+.
