Yum! Can You Share the Dough recipe?

Misc.
Hello Gladys!

Yummmmm, empanadas sound terrific. Can you share the dough (masa) recipe with us? Is it on the sweet side? I remember when I was going to Miami Senior High in Miam, Fla back in the 70's around the corner thee was this little cafe and they served the most delicious Guava and Meat Empanadaas and the dough was heavenly...it was a little on the sweet side. I ate one every afternoon before going home!!

I will certainly try making empanadas!

Hope you are feeling much better these days and that the weather in PR is much breezier and cooler than hot and muggy Florida!! Yuck, it is incredibly hot down here, you cannot even be outside before breaking out in a sweat!! Everyone says it is hotter than ever. What about Arizona, can you believe the temperature highs there? I would simply curl up and die as I HATE heat!!! Can't wait for Winter....

Best Wishes, Gina
