SKILLET SPAGHETTI
"Spaghetti in just one pan? Try this recipe and enjoy great taste and incredible convenience."
1 pound ground beef
1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 (48 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (7 ounce) package spaghetti, broken into pieces
1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cook ground beef and onion in Dutch oven, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients except the cheese. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until spaghetti is tender. Sprinkle with cheese.
Makes 6 servings
