Hi, Gina! I have had another recipe....

published in Gooseberry Patch's cookbook, BLUE PLATE SPECIALS. This recipe is entitled, "Alabama-Style Pork Chops."

It was really exciting to see my recipes published in Gooseberry Patch cookbooks because I LOVE Gooseberry Patch!

We went to see Kristin a couple of weekends ago and stopped at a Cracker Barrel. While I was wandering through the store, I saw the cookbook that you bought. They had it opened to a page that had a recipe by another lady from Alabama. Before I left Cracker Barrel, I flipped the page to my recipe and placed it back into the recipe holder.

I've given friends autographed copies of the recipe so that they will remember me when I publish an entire cookbook!

I hope that you enjoyed the recipe. It is one of our favorites!
