Hello Manyhats,

I too questioned the 1/4 cup of chili powder but that is exactly how I copied it and pasted in my cyber-cookbook.

I used it and it does not seem to be that hot. It gives it more of an earthy flavor.

Glad you liked the potato salad, it's a sure winner!!
