ISO: Gina, re: the ribs ???

Gina, I made your potato salad tonight and we will have it tomorrow-YUM. I look forward to trying you beef and rib BBQ soon, but I have a question...is it really 1/4 CUP chili powder? I don't think that I have ever used that much for 2 pounds of meat. Thanks for your help and as always your wonderful recipes.
