Hi Manyhats,

I also added 1/2 c. dark brown sugar to counter-balance some of the chili. It wasn't that hot. Next though, I will only put a tablespoon which I believe is quite enough. I am still searching the web to see where I copied that from...

They are good though, they fall off the bone and are very, very tender!!
