Some very nice tried-and-true German Potato salad recipes were previouslyl posted here on Recipe Link. Each varies a bit from the other. some are hot, some are not. Some include beer as an ingredient. You might and to do a search for German Potato Salad and pick one that sounds like the one you want. Hope this helps. Kel
