Hot Chocolate Recipe-Need Help

HELP! I've seen several recipes for Hot Chocolate Mixes. They all call for Powdered Dry Milk. Is this the same as Instant Nonfat Dry Milk? The Instant dry milk looks like "pebbles" as opposed to "powder" so I'm not 100% sure that my assumption that these 2 are the same is correct.

Thanks for any help!
