Recipe(tried): Shrimp with Old Bay Seasoning

Main Dishes - Fish, Shellfish
Dawn, this isn't really a recipe, but what I like to do with pre-cooked frozen shrimp is pretty easy. I thaw the shrimp according to directions, drain them well, then heat them gently in a skillet with lots of butter and Old Bay seafood seasoning. They still give off lots of absorbed water during the early part of the heating process, so I only add a tiny bit of butter until I'm sure they've stopped that, and then load on the butter and the Old Bay. I usually serve the finished shrimp on top of a pile of cooked pasta. My family loves it.
