I miss all the posts too! Guilty of not posting but

lurking about the site! We eat very simple meals because of DH being diabetic and the time we spend away from home. But how I love to see all the different recipes. I collect them to use for weekends when we have company or family over. The menu sounds great Roxane, I have printed it to use in the next couple of weeks.
