Ideas for Cucumbers

Why not try some recipes for cold soups that use
cucumbers. They are nice in the summer. Here is
a short recipe for fried cucumbers. It is easy
and is a German recipe.

Fried Cucumbers
Cucumbers unpeeled and diced
Butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Fry the cucumber in butter until barely tender. Add
Salt and pepper.
