Recipe(tried): Asian Flavor Salad

If the flavors in my salad appeal to you, quadruple the recipe, it won't disappoint you!

ASIAN FLAVOR SALAD

Dressing:
3 tablespoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons rice vinegar
dash cayenne pepper
dash garlic powder
2 tablespoon warm water

Salad:
2 carrots, peeled
1 cucumber, skinned
baby spinach
1 thinly sliced Vidalia or sweet onion
a handful sprouts
sesame seeds

Using a vegetable peeler, peel carrot and cucumber into long ribbons and place in a large bowl.
Clean spinach and add it to the bowl.
Add the onion and sprouts.
In a small bowl, mix together dressing ingredients until smooth.
Pour over vegetables and toss to coat well.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds (or chopped peanuts)
