about 3 years ago (I think at Bed, Bath and Beyond), I found some little doo-dads ... they 'clip' (sort of like the clips for baby mittens) onto the inside of the corner of the duvet cover and then onto the down comforter. There is a diagram on the package about turning this inside out, etc ... and IT WORKS! They were not expensive and I am sure they are available. They were on one of those racks with a zillion other tiny things to catch your eye. But one of the items I did buy - that did work! Sorry, I'm no longer sure of the name - but something like duvet clips or comforter clips.
