Info: Baking Pan Coating

Misc.
This is a slightly different tip given to me by the instructor of a cake
decorating class that I was taking years ago. Grease your pans with
crisco and then instead of flour use bread crumbs. I keep a box of plain
Progresso crumbs in the house just for this, and have had far better luck
in getting large cakes and irregular shaped cakes out of the pans than
with flour.
