This is the pan grease I use:
Place in mixer bowl:

Equal parts Crisco and flour
add enough oil to make this soft but not runny.

I have a cake shop. We now use a commercial pan spray that is even better. Cakes never stick and no crumbs either. You can get this at a cake supply shop.
