Interesting!
Misc. This is indeed interesting coz I have been looking for a recipe that makes soft cookies for ages! Most of my cookies are soft at first and goes crispy when they cool...which is not what I want! So can I have your recipe?
At the same time, I think perhaps the quantity of sugar or liquid in the recipe makes it soft. Perhaps if we all examine the recipe, it might give us all a clue.
