Iraqi recipes / and also source for tomato paste in tube

I am looking for two things. Can anyone help me?

1. A source to purchase tomato paste in a tube. I have seen it on some of the cooking shows. I think it is a great idea, since there is often waste with the cans. However, I have been unable to find it..even in my local gourmet shop.

2. I am also looking for recipes from Iraq. I think that eating food of a region helps one's understanding of the culture. It is interesting that I have found NO recipe books for Iraq. I am sure the cuisine is similar to other middle eastern cultures, but are there not some unique Iraqi dishes?
