He spent a lot of time in his growing up years watching his mother cook so he is an exceptional cook. We would love to assist you with some recipes and just wondering what you are looking for.

Examples:

Kubbe - gound meat, onion and spice filled rice or wheat bulgar patties are an all time favorite at our house.

Bamia - okra, garlic, tomato based soup with stew bone.

Basmati rice - served in many varieties of color and add - ins.

Kafta kabab - ground meat, ground onion and seasonings marinated and then grilled in either patties or in rolls on skewers.

Tikka kabab - marinated stew meat grilled on skewers with onion, tomato and pepper chunks.
