ISO Christmas gift ideas for elderly grandmothers

Misc.

My sister has 2 grandmothers (her husband's) who have plenty of money to get what they want and she wanted some ideas on what she can make for them that they would enjoy. With a new baby & now she's a stay-at-home mom, she wanted to make something that would be very nice & not knick-nacky. Any suggestions or sites to go to would be appreciated. Thank you!
