a good recipe for yeast rolls for tiny turkey sandwiches. (They can be white and wheat or a blend.) These could be made ahead and frozen couldn't they?
Also my husband recieved a whole fresh turkey for Thanksgiving and we would like to cook it in our smoker, but haven't a clue on how to do it. How long it will take to thaw, to cook over slow cooker, spices to use etc. Anybody out there have experience with this that migh pass along your helpful informantion?

I do need some of thos sweet recipes that you ofered. Just pick up again. We don't want to have to hasstle with all that silver ware.

Hubby didn't like the idea of little hot dogs for the chafing dish. He thought more on the lines of a hot crab dip, What's ya thing? Do any of you have that recipe?

We are going to hire a bartender for drink mixing. We feel we neeed to be with our guest and keep and I eye out for what our guest needs are. Also I thin I am going to hire our husekeeper to be in the kitchen refilling food plates for the master table and taking care of all the dirty plates. This will add a little cost to the party but should help it run smoother and help us feel more at ease.

Haven't decided what I am going to do on our front porch yet. A wreath, balloons, stuffed people sitting our wicker arms all over themselves , etc.
May have Decorated Valentine Box for peole to drop a Valentine signed and if they want to put a donation in it they can, then they will distrbuted to needy children.

Well I still have alot to get done. UGH! My house is a wreck, pictures need hung new mantel display up, to heck withwallpapering the bath!

Please keep any and all recipes coming. There is no such thing as too much!
