Also my husband recieved a whole fresh turkey for Thanksgiving and we would like to cook it in our smoker, but haven't a clue on how to do it. How long it will take to thaw, to cook over slow cooker, spices to use etc. Anybody out there have experience with this that migh pass along your helpful informantion?

We are going to hire a bartender for drink mixing. We feel we neeed to be with our guest and keep and I eye out for what our guest needs are. Also I thin I am going to hire our husekeeper to be in the kitchen refilling food plates for the master table and taking care of all the dirty plates. This will add a little cost to the party but should help it run smoother and help us feel more at ease.
Haven't decided what I am going to do on our front porch yet. A wreath, balloons, stuffed people sitting our wicker arms all over themselves , etc.
