Jackie, your pizza sounds WONDERFUL!!

Misc.
I can just smell it with that pesto on it, wow!

I love to make pizza at home. It's hard to go far wrong when you can choose the ingredients yourself. I always make my own dough, too. I love the whole wheat versions!

There was a pizzeria here in town which had lovely pizzas, and you could get a whole wheat crust. Sadly, it didn't last here long, and now I see a "chain" pizzeria is opening in the same spot. What a pity.

When my boys were young, and had their little friends over, I would often make a big batch of dough and have them design their individual pizzas. I would just set out the toppings. They always loved that!

I am going to try your recipe soon. I am going to put roasted cherry tomatoes from my garden on it, tho. They have less water than the fresh ones. Guess I have to make some pesto, too...the bought stuff is yucky!

thanks so much for inspiring me, Jackie!

your friend,

Carolyn!
