Steve, the USDA Complete Guide to Home Canning & Preserving is a 1999 publication, available at bookstores for $8.95. The So Easy to Preserve from Univ. of Georgia is a Jan. 2002 publication for $15. You can order it from the Univ. of Georgia. As far as something that justs lists the new changes without purchasing the entire book, I don't know of anything. You can also get the info from these books online. You will need Acrobat Reader to get the info.
