Jane, I think of Spicy Rice Pilaf with Turkey, Turkey croquettes, turkey empenadas, Thai turkey, turkey and black-eyed pea salad, turkey chowder, turkey crunch, turkey chili, turkey tortilla soup, turkey fajitas and turkey crepes as far from the ordinary recipes for left-over turkey. Can you give us more information about what you want... what other ingredients are you wanting to use. Maybe we can help with added info.
