Jeanne, this Spoon Lamb sounds wonderful,

Misc.
I have printed out the recipe. Lamb is one of my Father's favorites, perhaps when I am visiting him sometime I will make it. It is very cold here today and windy. I spent some time weeding the asparagus patch but was driven inside by the cold. My Corgi was even glad to get inside! I do have a question regarding the timing of the lamb, tho. Your recipe says 45-50 min. per pound, about 3-3 1/2 hours total. Does that math work out when the recipe calls for a 6-7 lb. leg of lamb. Boy, this is making me hungry for lamb! I had planned on eating it often in Italy.
