I love moussaka!

I make it sometimes, but the quality of ground lamb I have available is poor (too fatty)

So, leftover lamb is ideal. Aren't you lucky!

I have a recipe for a moussaka done in the crockpot, with tofu on top, but I have not been adventurous enough to try it. All the recipes in the same book are excellent, so I am sure one day I will be brave enough.

I love eggplant, and if I am devious enough to hide it when I use it in a recipe, my husband does not complain when I make something with it!
