Dear Joan,

I've check every issue for this year and couldn't find the recipe you're looking for but I remember which one you're talking about. Have you tried searching the Cooking Light Web site? Try www.cookinglight.com, they have yearly indicies and they may have the recipe archived. If you don't have any luck let me know and I'll look through the rest of my magazines.
