Woody's Cook-in' Sauce is made in Louisiana. If you can't find Woody's where you live, use a brisket basting sauce or marinade that has smoke flavoring:
BRISKET BASTING SAUCE
1 can beef consomme
1 soup can water
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. hickory smoke liquid
Salt
Pepper
Combine all the above ingredients and baste brisket while cooking.
Cover. Cook at 275 to 300 degrees for four hours.
