I have a recipe for Grasshopper Pie that sounds like what you might want. I usually put it in an Oreo crust but graham cracker crust would be just fine. The filling has melted marshmallows, creme de' menthe and creme de' cocoa in it. It is wonderful! I would be happy to share the recipe but we are up at our lake home for the week and I do not have my recipe box up here with me. If you do not get what you are looking for before then, I will post this for you next week when I get back home. I think you would like it-it is light but rich and a great summer dessert.
