LISA: Love this! - but have question...

Misc.

I tried this, & it tasted great but I my sauce turned out rather thick and I wish the chops were a little more tender. The flavor was great though & HB loved it! I doubled the sauce like you suggested. Of course I was interupted several times while making this dish by HB & 2 yr old so maybe if I tried it again I might have better luck. How thick is your sauce & do you cook the chops at a low temp. to make them more tender or what would you suggest I might try? Thanks! Oh, actually I used 1/2 chicken broth & 1/2 red cooking wine instead of sherry (didn't have) but that shouldn't make a difference in the consistency. Thanks again!
