Recipe(tried): Pork Chops in the Skillet

Menus

The amounts of ingredients depend upon the number of people you're serving, and seasoning to taste:

PORK CHOPS IN A SKILLET

Coat pork chops with flour to which salt & pepper is added. Brown your pork chops with sliced onion in a skillet. Sprinkle about 1/4 c parmesian cheese over meat. Scrub and slice potatoes and put 1 layer over the chops. Sprinkle with about 1/4 c. parmesian cheese. Add second layer of potatoes and parmesian cheese. Pour beef broth or beef bouillon in water, enough to cover meat, over all. Cover skillet with tight-fitting lid. Simmer til potatoes are done.
