look for Singaporean noodles or Singapore noodles

Misc.
hi penny,

often this dish is mislad due to its western name, "singaporean noodles" or "singapore noodles" i have no idea why is it called thsi way!) but it's ok as the ingredients are more or less the same and the result is pretty good. (the authentic version is way too spicy so i suggest you trying the internet versions.) i remember there are lots of variations here. Do a search and you will find them. if you are interested in the really spicy one, then let me know and i can find one for you.
