ISO: Mee Hun - Malaysian/Singaporean Recipe

I have tried a dish from a Malaysian and Singaporean restuarant called "Mee Hun". It is a wonderful rice noodle dish with chicken pieces, green onion, fried scrambled egg and shrimp in it. There is a medium brown sauce that is fried with the noodles that I have yet to duplicate. Anyone that could assist with my quest to duplicate this would be helpful! It is not a curry dish.
