char kway tewo is not Bee Hun!

Misc.
i just need to clarify that char (FRIED) kway teow (FLAT rice noodles) is NOT bee Hun (tiny rice noodle threds). the recipe looks fine to me but it's not Bee Hun (translated from Chinese meaning: "floury rice" coz it's very thin and fine in texture. On the other hand kway teow is a broad, and flat transparent (before cooked) noodles. they are two different things.

hope this helps
