Lorelee - about the Danish pudding

Misc.

Lorelee - sorry it took me so long to get back to you - In answer to your question it is 2 Tbsp - my mother uses 1 - 1 1/2 but I like a little more almond flavoring. I am interested in your traditional Danish Christmas meal. Could you send me some recipes? I also come from Danish & German background. I do not know the german side of my family but I will keep up with the Danish Traditions. Wow, the marzipan pig - I had almost forgot... almost! I will get back to you with a few more of my grandmothers danish recipes. Can't wait to here some of yours:) Rachel
