Maryann: I found 10 different recipes from Bravo

Ristorante Italiano, but none of them included their dipping sauce for bread. From your description I can guess that one of the main ingredients could be the delicious Paprika & perhaps some seasoned salt, some garlic cloves crushed and perhaps a bit of lemon juice (besides the olive oil). This is just my guess because we dont have Bravo Italian Ristorantes in Puerto Rico. The other recipes I found seem to be very good, specially their Penne al Salmone, Rosotto ai Funghi Porcini, Zucchini Fettuccini and the Panettone Ripieno.
