Mayo substitute ideas

Hi Beverly! I'm not a huge mayo fan in many cases, and I've substituted sour cream many times. It just lacks a sort of richness, so I find myself adjusting accordingly (adding a dash of dijon mustard or a little EVOO, maybe). But, sour cream has fat too, unless you use the fat free kind - and there is fat free "mayo" as well. I have no idea if there is a vitamin K issue with sour cream though.... hope this helps a little!
