Med, we arrived home on the first, prior to the holiday

The reason Abby is wearing a button is that has Smokey the Bear on it, it says, "Help Smokey Prevent Forest Fires". We had it in our travel trailer to eventually give to our grandson. That morning as we left the trailer to spend the day in the park I spied it in the drawer, it seemed just the thing for Abby to wear on her bandana. It did make quite a hit. She looked like a furry Junior Ranger!

Yes, Jackson Hole is a beautiful place. We had never been there and were swept away by the beauty of it. My Mom had a friend who went to visit her daughter who had just moved there. She arrived at night and was somewhat dismayed to find her 20-something daughter living in quite a small, cramped apt. She made mention of the living arrangements in the morning. Her daughter just went to the living room window and began opening the drapes. "But Mom", she said, "it doesn't matter...", as the drapes opened on a view of the gorgeous snow-capped, pine-covered mountains,"...I live in Jackson Hole!!" What could her Mom answer to that?

We ate at Nani's while there and had a wonderful Italian dinner, with fresh pasta for DH and wheat pasta for myself.

We also attended the Bar J Cowboy Chuckwagon dinner and show up the road toward Teton Village. The food and show were both wonderful.
