Michie, re: quiches

Misc.

When I make my quiches, I underbake them by about 20 min. To clarify, I bake them until they have solidified and the eggs can't be raw anymore, but not the full length of time. Then I reheat at 350 F for about 20 - 25 min. If the guests still haven't arrived, cover top with aluminum foil or just turn off the oven.
Will he eat quiche at all, that's the question??? Otherwise we posted some suggestions for picky party goers a few weeks back if you do a search. The only thing I can think of that is non-veg. that you could use would be tuna or canned salmon. Would he eat that?
Let me know if you need more ideas or help.
