Molly - how to
Misc. For 1 cup: High (100%) power. IN microsafe bowl (I usually use large glass measuring cups) place 1 to 2 tablespoons butter or marg; micro about 1/2 to 3/4 minute until melted. Stir in: 2 tablespoons flour, salt, pepper to taste (other seasonings you like); stir to blend well. Gradually stir in 1 cup roast drippings. (you can add broth, water, wine or milk for part of the drippings.) Micro2-1/2 to 3 minutes (stirring 2 to 3 times) until thickened.
Note: If you use milk - be sure your container is large enough - as it bubbles up a lot. And microwave on medium.
If you're making larger amounts of gravy, increase the timing accordingly. Hope you'll like - I find it easier than on the range.
