Mushrooms and marinade

A couple weeks back there were requests for stuffed mushrooms and a good meat marinade. With a college and a high school graduate, company and all that goes with it, I didn't take the time to prespond. Hopefully the interested parties will see this.

Mea marinade

1/2 cup cooking oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon coarse black pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry mustard
1/2 teaspoons parsley
4 teaspoons Worcesterhsire sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly mixiaed. Sprinkle meat generously with tenderizer and pour marinade over meat. Refrigerate 12-24 hours, turning meat occasionally.

Herb Stuffed Mushrooms

1 12ounce carton large fresh mushrooms
1 3ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
pinch salt
pinch pepper
pinch ground nutmeg

Remove stemns from mushrooms. combine cream chees with rest of ingredients. Spoon or pipe mixture into mushroom caps and place in a lightly greased 9x13x2 baking pan and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. yield: about 1 1/2 dozen
