My goodness mammy!! You must be a miracle worker

I don't know how you fit all your activities in to your busy life. I just never seem to have enough hours in the day and you are much busier than I am.
My daughter went to her kid's preschool Christmas party last night also (the kids are not going there anymore but all little alumni and families are invited as well as grandparents). They usually have 60-100 also but the entree is provided and then all those attending bring a large passing dish. Theirs is also held in a church hall.
I did forget to tell you that we tried your roasted potatoes the other night and enjoyed them very much...Thank you.
I think that you must have a tremendous amount of holiday spirit and your buffet's sound wonderful! Happy Holidays!
