NY Cheesecake

Misc.

New York Style cheesecakes are baked, as opposed to the jello type that are just refrigerated in a pie crust. To me, they are drier than other types, and quite thick, and just have fruit on the top, if at all. I have one thats at least 35 years old, from either Lindy's or the Stage Deli in NYC which I will try to post tonight.
